Thomas Kaplan of wild cat conservation charity Panthera on the mission to save the Arabian Leopard

After achieving great success in business, Thomas Kaplan reveals how he has returned to his first love of wildlife conservation and explains why the work being done in AlUla has such great significance for species preservation worldwide.

Kaplan says the landmark agreement with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gives the charity three vital assets to ensure the leopards’ survival in the wild: the tools, the land and the financial commitment. “The Arabian leopard will not go extinct on our watch and the watch of the Saudi government. Of that, I am very, very confident,” says Kaplan.
